ACHcard is a merchant-sponsored payment card that is only available through participating merchants at the moment. Please check with your merchant if they offer ACHcard to their customers/members.

Your participating merchant can provide you a dedicated link to apply for an ACHcard online. They may also have print-forms at their location ready to complete and fax.
